How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
We require a minimum of 1 week advance notice for all custom cake orders. For elaborate designs or large orders, we recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow adequate time for design consultation and preparation.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we operate on a pick-up only basis from our Cameron, NC location. We package all items carefully to ensure safe transport. Delivery options may be available for large orders—please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We offer gluten-free options and can work with many dietary restrictions including nut allergies, dairy-free requirements, and vegan preferences. Please discuss your specific needs when placing your order so we can create the best solution for you.
What flavors do you offer for custom cakes?
We offer a wide variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, strawberry, and more. Fillings include buttercream, cream cheese frosting, fruit preserves, ganache, and specialty options. During your consultation, we'll discuss flavor combinations that work best for your design and preferences.
How should I store my cake or baked goods?
Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the refrigerator and brought to room temperature 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture. Cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container. We'll provide specific storage instructions with your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 72 hours notice for order cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation begun.
Can I see a sample before ordering a custom cake?
We provide design consultations where we'll show you photos of similar designs and discuss your vision. Flavor tastings may be available for wedding cakes and large orders—please inquire when scheduling your consultation.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes! We specialize in custom wedding cakes and would be honored to be part of your special day. Wedding cake orders should be placed at least 4-6 weeks in advance, and we offer complimentary design consultations to ensure your cake is exactly what you envision.
What are your hours of operation?
We're open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Custom cake pickups can be arranged outside these hours if needed—please let us know when placing your order.
How do I place an order?
